The staff (one lady in particular) A blonde haired, very nice, professional, hard working lady! She worked her tail off & it didn't go unnoticed. That seems hard to find nowadays. Five stars for her!!! The rest of the staff behind the front desk were very nice & friendly as well. We enjoyed our stay! Loved this place ❤️

The location was excellent and the fact that it was attached to a shopping mall was a bonus. The indoor pool was perfect for my 8y.o. to splash and exert some energy. It was very budget friendly for the overall experience. We did not try the breakfast, as we went to Troy to try the Lincoln Square Restaurant.

This is a clean hotel that even smells clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of choices for breakfast that were all good. There's also lots of restaurant choices nearby.

The location was easy to access. The main corridors and dining areas and pool were all in good condition and very clean. The room was very clean everything worked.

The motel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was very clean and everything was stocked and refreshed with a pleasant attendant on duty .
